Mission Statement
Our Mission is to bring puzzle enthusiasts together across Florida through exciting events, friendly competitions, and a shared love of puzzling. Our mission is to foster a welcoming and social community, both online and in person.
Sarah Barcousky, President
Sarah found out about speed puzzling and immediately wanted to do an in person event. They couldn’t find many, so they decided to start hosting local events in the Orlando area. Sarah is also excited to compete at USA JPA Nationals in April 2025. As the founding president of Florida Jigsaw Puzzle Association, they are excited to work with the leadership team to connect puzzle lovers all over the state.

Jen Ferris
Jen Ferris is one of the founding members of the Florida Jigsaw Puzzle Association. As a lifelong puzzler, she found a new passion in speed puzzling. Noticing a lack of in-person casual and speed puzzling events in her region, Jen was inspired to help create the Florida JPA. She is thrilled to be a part of the founding team and eager to work alongside fellow leaders to unite puzzle enthusiasts across Florida.

Ann Glezen
As a life-long casual puzzler, Ann has enjoyed the experience with generations of her family. Since moving to Florida she found fellow puzzlers to exchange puzzles with and meets others in the puzzle community when adding pieces to the puzzles at her local public library. Ann joined the Florida Jigsaw Puzzle Association to help spread the fun of puzzling, whether casual or competitive, throughout the state.
